Green screen of doom / no disable hardware acceleration

i have pc

windows 8

 

 

problem # 1:  i watching youtube. after while, screen becomes green. way me temporary fix ths problem restart computer. after few more minutes, green screen of doom comes again!

 

problem # 2 : everywhere on internet (including adobe), go settings > disable hardware acceleration. settings doesnt have display panel in settings , cannot disable hardware accelerator. in settings, have: privacy / local storage / microphone / camera. -- no display panel disable hardware acceleration!

problem # 3 : i cant email adobe @ all. takes me faq page doesnt problem!!! 

 

can me? green screen frustrating!!! way watch videos on youtube to take out green screen downgrade video quality 240p (which sucks way!!)
