Smart shapes flicker when effect applied in CS6.0.1.240

i have had issue while , in past changed action simple fade in , out transition... less ideal.  happens smart object flashes on screen in it's finish position before effect runs.  effect runs normally... quite visually disconcerting.  happens in preview , in published output too.  has else had - , more importantly has else found solution this.

please let me know if happening projects or one. can create new project smart shape , check same.

 

you can try copy , paste entire project new blank project (of same dimension) , check issue persists.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
