Thread: Aspire One: Webcam and mic doesn't work in skype

hi,

i'm fresh guy in ubuntu. looks interesting since ubuntu 11.10 runs nice on wife's acer aspire 1 netbook. i've got sudden bug: inbuilt webcam has disappeared skype showing "no devices found" though before.

lsusb gives just

don't know camera problem, mic not working in skype? if yes, problem occur in skype or elsewere well? take @ thread here:
