Thread: Fan Speed - ATI 6770

hey all,

i've been running script everytime startup set computer's gpu run @ 30% fan speed.

display=:0.0; aticonfig --pplib-cmd "set fanspeed 0 30"
i've tried doing well, should set fanspeed 30% next boot well, doesn't:

aticonfig --odcc
is there ati catalyst command don't know of, or there way automatically make first script work upon start-up? i'm trying avoid having manually run script every time boot up.

setting way lock @ 30%. there particular reason don't want speed increase card gets hot?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
