i bought goflex home nas , wont work... followed 4 steps (extremely weak directions) , computer wont detect it, ive tried uninstalling , reinstalling, unhooking cords, , reseting box, wont work, using windows 7 installation not disk compatible linux, appreciated if not ill exchange , try again.

as bart simpson say: "though physically impossible, find consumer nas boxes simultaneously suck , blow." built own spare computer , http://freenas.org. works great , it's less filling (land-filling, is).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
