Thread: Is Ubuntu or Kubuntu more integrated?

i enjoy ubuntu 11.10 find continually appearing bugs annoying (although not annoying enough push me distro).

of kubuntu.

i'm fan of desktop integration , consistency. (one of reasons why, think, osx popular.)

ubuntu 11.10 integrated (apps-wise), kubuntu 11.10 looks more so, unless i'm seeing things.

kubuntu more tightly integrated (within , apps etc) ubuntu 11.10?

maybe @ moment, because applications might still need time switch gnome3. ofcourse goes kde applications , gnome applications integrated separatelly.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
