Thread: MSI X370 XSlim laptop, wifi not showing...drivers are installed...??

hello all. first post forums, although i've been using ubuntu 4 years now. find can find of answers need searching problems have been had; 1 different.

purchased laptop other day size , bang/buck , have working on exception of wifi... i've tried several different things including so-called firmware install of ipw2200 drivers. these drivers located in /lib/firmware/ nothing has changed. here ifconfig (which doesnt show me expected see, wireless adapter information).

wireless component of system intel wm3b2200bg (which why added ipw2200.sourceforge.net driver /lib/firmware/

read in previous post tried follow adapter should magically work @ point, needless say, that's not happened.
