Unable to get PDF to show up in Outlook

i have reinstalled windows 8 ?????? time, installed microsoft office , adobe subscription. unable pdf become active in add-in's on outlook. have checked on many times , not there. these 2 major program groups have reinstalled @ time. pdf working before last operating system crash. has seen problem , if so, did correct it. have feeling bug assiciated windows 8. have never lost operting systems have windows 8,

make sure you've updated acrobat 11.0.1 because first version support office 2013 pdfmaker add-ons.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
