Why is the video dropping frames after export?

the video in question in above link. using pp cs5 new imac i7 32gb cuda enabled. when watching clips in timeline looks normal. video encoded h.264 max render quality vbr @ 50.

 

there has issue export settings, why exports looks this. 1 can out appreciated.

anyone ?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
