audio problems

so making music video , when play song using in media player sounds fine. when import premiere audio quality bad , seems crackle. after rendering out project highest audio settings still sounds bad. have no idea why. ideas? thanks.

details regarding format , origin of audio file?

your version of premiere, , operating system?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
