Captivate 5 Windows 7 Neospeech not working

we have machine captivate 5 , win 7 we've reinstalled captivate to.  loquindo voices loaded need neospeech voices.  vt folder contains paul , kate not appear speech agents in drop down when captivate opened.

if getting problem, might have reset preferences.

 

kindly following:

 

• close captivate.
• go c:/users/[user-name]/appdata/local/adobe
• you see folder named captivate 5.
• rename oldcaptivate.
• launch captivate again , check.
