Follow-up email triggered on email campaign click

i wondering if possible follow-up email campaign triggered once has clicked link in previous email.

 

for example, want send out email subscribers of email campaign, link informative webinar. have opened email, , preferably clicked link, sent follow-up email (a day or 2 later) contextual information assumes have watched video.

 

my needs not limited example, idea.

you can't trigger campaigns based on user's interaction e-mail content itself, if points externally, try redirect user bc page auto subscribe him "follow-up mailing list" before redirecting video itself, per scenario (or having video embedded there). in regards enabling webform autosubmit apropriate information, build link pattern: http://yourbcwebsite.com/landingpage?email={module_emailaddress}&fullname={module_fullname}. way url different per each user clicking it, point same page. on page can prepopulate subscribe form fields {module_url,email} , {module_url,fullname}
