FTP Upload is not reflecting changes

my website hosted go daddy.  had server change today requiring me change ftp host ip address, did.  worked perfectly, connected without hitch , uploaded fine no errors no changes being reflected live site.  called go daddy , working fine on end , must adobe muse.  have tried emptying cache, uploading files rather changed files, have used 2 different browsers view nothing being changed.  possibly have creative cloud maintenance going on today?  can't see knows.  appreciated.

are able see changes when file>export html in folder on local machine?

if yes, please try ftp client filezilla connect godaddy ftp server , try uploading exported local files godaddy via filezilla.

 

in case still not help, please contact godaddy again , let them know scenario.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
