I'm not a beginner and know the software very well but my photoshop is messed up

the clone stamp tool busted duplicates image , shifts around when trying clone area , have duplicated in layers , using right buttons never worked right since bought , used @ school on there computers worked right after updating adobe softwares tool in camera raw on right side of screen missing tool removes color lines magenta or bule on whites or other defining lines of images , sponge tool doesnt work aswell jus makes area grey alway use before opening image in photoshop has been relocated , why relocate tool use full compared rest in in camera raw ignorance tell you.

update graphics driver or turn off opengl/ opencl in prefs.
