No sound on pc

i have dell intel core 2 duo cpu 32-bit operating system using windows 7

i trying create dvd slideshow music using smilebox online greeting program , cannot sound play on pc; when burn dvd there no sound playing , told flash player reason occurring.  running 11.7.700.169 version of flash player

 

please help!!

try if have better luck latest flash player beta: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
