Thread: ADT plugin problem after upgrade to Maverick

i upgraded maverick (10.10) , adt plugin in eclipse android development doesn't work. try installing "https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse" going "install software" in eclipse. however, error message saying:

code:
cannot complete install because 1 or more required items not found.    software being installed: android traceview 16.0.1.v201112150204-238534 (com.android.ide.eclipse.traceview.feature.group 16.0.1.v201112150204-238534)    missing requirement: android traceview 16.0.1.v201112150204-238534 (com.android.ide.eclipse.traceview.feature.group 16.0.1.v201112150204-238534) requires 'org.eclipse.ui 3.6.2' not found

what version of eclipse running? 1 ubuntu rep bit outdated. if doing serious eclipse development, install directly eclipse site.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
