Thread: http 408/409 timeout conectivity problem

hi folks,

have 3 computers @ home:
1) notebook ubuntu lts conected through wireless;
2) netbook win 7 conected through wireless;
3) desktop winxp conected through wire;

submit texts in forms in web page computer (2).

computers (1) , (3) couldn´t submit text (mail,
form, etc) in pages. after time, message
"http timeout 408/409". problem occurs every time with
every site i´ve tried. navigation occurs, is,
surf in lot of sites. posting messages can´t.

checking computer (3) disabled firewall , "solved"
problem way.

computer (1) places i´ve checked were
preferences-network connections , few options there
correct. other proxy, doesn´t exist (or
can conected trhough dhcp).
