Thread: printer help

ubuntu 11.10 on dell inspiron 600 60 gb hdd, 1000 mb ram, intel pentium r 1.73 ghz, have been trying install hp laserjet 10 12, d/l driver hp , followed install dir, c/l said not find file. got file open, , printer seemed install, listed twice under printers, 1 has gold star, 1has green check. comp sent 3 test pages nothing printed. tried install changing uri, printer printed page:

go software center , install 'hplip toolbox' ... no need mess drivers anymore!
