Thread: Software Center download-and-install not working.

trouble using software center.
error messages instead of handy one-click install.

last thing installed skype, did via own web page rather through software center. is possible installing way screwed software center's settings? what's cure?

error messages first: 1 says internet connection doesn't work (even though checked , connection good) , 1 says doesn't trust source.

p s update manager has similar problem. both software center , update manager no longer ask me password prompt either.
