Trial version doesn't start at all


my new trial version of pdf (acrobat pro xi) doesn't start. when try start application (installed in date 29th april) received same error, wrong configuration of computer's clock or offline internet connection, instead watch  , internet connection fine (i disabled firewall).

can me, please? can't try software...
