Why is installation only loading to 95%

i'm trying install new flash player goes 95% everytime 1 must know or there player can install on mac because starting on nerves!

try installer http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_playe r_11_osx.dmg

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
