Why is regular Ps CS6 opening as Extended?

i have licensed copy of regular ps cs6 see following screen when opening ps. seems want open extended (which have not licensed). seems have happened after updating adobe application manager.

i hestitant accept aggrement. want regular ps licensed. do?

known issue:

 

sign in or activation errors | cs6, cs5.5 subscriptions, cs6 perpetual

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
