any way to open a 565 image in CS5?

good morning, photoshoppers … 1 of "my" developers has sent me screen image inclusion in user guide. far good, it's .565 file – has no idea how open outside application, , i've drawn blank far. seem ps can output 565, there workaround let me open 565 , convert more familiar .png?

try xnview or irfanview. can open sorts of files, including possibly 565 bitmaps. if opens in decvelopers app, info might track down graphics libraries used , may possible find alternate tools using same graphics libraries.
