Audio stuttering problems with certain exported MP4 files

i'm running captivate 6.1.0.319 on old , decrepit pentium 4 machine has 4gb of ram , running windows 7 sp1. i'm developing online training course on robohelp 10 udemy, , require lecture files in mp4 format. unfortunately, of mp4 files generate captivate have audio stuttering starting few seconds generated video , nothing try fixes problem.

 

all videos being recorded video dimensions of 1360 x 978 pixels. import .cptc file recorded .cptx file, , import mp4 audio file .cptx file. when finish editing .cptx file, publish mp4 file using highest video settings , highest variable bitrate audio settings.

 

i have tried following try fix problem:

• turned off swf compression.
• created new .cptx file , copied slide problem .cptx file new one, , published new .cptx file.
• disabled software operating in foreground , background.
• tried generating mp4 file on laptop; laptop runs same version of captivate on windows 8.

 

as said, captivate generates mp4 files without stuttering, , others have stuttering problem. if problem sounds familiar, it's because wrote couple of messages few months ago , despite suggestions, wasn't able solve problem. i've spent time during past few months trying find program convert swf files 1 of formats udemy supports -- mp4, mov, or flv -- without success. captivate exports swf , html5 format files without trouble @ all. mp4 generation spotty , need resolved can project off plate , start making money off it.

 

if have further questions, please let me know. forward hearing suggestions.

hi,

i having same issue , cannot figure out causing it, occurs randomly - frequently  - when publish mp4. , not tied project - seems happening during publishing. issue might occur 1 time when pubishing project , if republished again may or may not occur again. interested in finding causing , step tested , proven getting away problem.
