Can a master page be copied to use as a "master" in another site?

i have spent fair time creating "master" page (one of several) in 1 site (still under construction) , want "copy" or place or import it, rather repeating design process again.

• the ability copy whole master page assets on it, not appear camper exist @ time.  
  • can done or have rebuild page again?

please open  master page , edit>select , copy.

after go new master page , use edit>paste in place.

this way elements of master page copied other page , page duplicated.

you can between different site or within same site.
