Captivate 6: Published file won't run on server

i've published captivate 6 file. recording type video demo. swf file runs fine my documents, not run once publish server. have created other files in same manner using captivate 5.5 , uploading same server. previous files run fine. suggestions?

have tried play project in different browser on different machine?

 

can tell me have provided projectname.swf or projectname.htm in path?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
