flash player wont finish downloading

hi.

i have had many tries @ downloading latest flash player no luck,i realise should easy loads 50%and asks me close iexplore going task manager , ending process

i click retry download not continue,maybe im not closing iexplorer correctly. can please offer advice... regards ...guppsal.
