How to Respond to Error Message..."Close ElementsAutoAnalyzer.exe"

i installed photoshop elements 11 , premiere elements 11 on computer.   after installation checked updates.   first update elements camera raw shortly after started received error messaage read, "close elementsautoanalyzer.exe".   closed elements 11 application , clicked on "continue" in remaining window.   same error message appeared after few seconds.   there weren't other open applications didn't know how else close auto analyzer.   can offer advice?

go organizer preferences>media analysis , turn off there. if fails can in task manager (win) or applications>utilities>activity monitor (mac).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
