Install from Cloud?

downloaded illustraor cs6 cloud can't install; been asked uninstall other adobe installers - did illustrator cs4 because don't want rest of suite done @ time. still no luck - do now? , took forever down load! i've got heaps of work , i'm stuck. please if know how fix. thanks

photomajic specific error message receiving?  operating system using?  locate exact error message need review installation logs.  can find details on how locate , interpret log files @ troubleshoot install logs | cs5, cs5.5, cs6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
