Text box problem for Photoshop Cs6

when writting in text box whenever using punctuation go beginning of sentence. example (?what time it)

i have tried changing text engine option east asian , restarting photoshop, when reopening exisitng work, problem still remains.

however when creating new document problem gone, want resolve problem exisitng document have been working on.

i have photoshop cs6 btw

select text, reset formatting on character , paragraph panels.
