Where is my order?

i ordered photoshop elements delivery in new zealand , got confirmation saying delivered @ latest 28 april.

it still isnt here, downloaded version has run out , wont work , cant access photos.

i cant contact , have advice order has been shipped.

am frustrated , angry.

fantastic, not!

adobe forgot put address on parcel!

then when fedex returned them, put wrong address on it!

it gets new zealand , fedex send tauranga agent.

we 'should' monday.

 

first off, lousy service adobe.

no email our shipment delayed, though paid 'priority' service.

no way 1 can reach adobe employee , talk.

the, called 'chat' had me in queue long had dinner gave waiting.

 

last time ever deal adobe!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
