Where is the Video De-Interface Filter ?

i have upgraded pse8 cannot find de-interface filter in new pse 11, can please.

unfortunatly filter removed in pse 11.

 

if on windows machine might work needs:

 

smart de-interlacer

also, de-interlace filter pse 8 works in pse 11, @ least on windows machines.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
