when usig "hide initially" option tooltip composition, how control target displays when page first opened?

i'm confused question. "hide initially" means targets hidden. first target show 1 associated trigger site visitor interacts with.

 

if question order of autoplay, items shown in front stacking order, object > bring front/send menu items can used change order of autoplay.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
