Why are some of my NEW CS6 master collection not working?

why of new cs6 master collection not working? systems shut down either while launching or after 10 minutes of being open. of other systems work perfectly. i've worked persmissions, reinstalled, deleted com.adobe.(you.name.it), , systerm has been worked on several adobe customer service employees remotely.

 

i've been dealing adobe tech people last month , problems still not fixed. i'm tired of being told "you'll call in next 48 hours" , never receive call. exception of 1 time, i've had call adobe everytime phrase has been uttered @ me. on top of cs3 wiped off of computer while working remotely on computer rendering me useless design-wise. if adobe wasn't best system around have switched else long ago.

 

i'm hoping somone can please me on forum since customer service calls have been terrible.
