Why is my 'SIGN' panel greyed out in X1 Pro 11.0? - 'signing' IS 'allowed' in permissions...

hi guys.  have been sent pdf sign , return e-mail.  problem is, 'sign' panel 'greyed' out, unable to.

i checked permissions , signing 'allowed' document. 

must enable additional features?

[there no red arrow @ signature line.]

 

i have scanned signature ready go on pc.

 

all videos on subject earlier versions, have different menus, of little help.

 

even if don't know problem is, if knew how 'enable additional features' start.

12 gig ram

intel quad core  2.8gighz.

when indicated signing allowed, means digital signatures. not mean e-signatures (echosign). if document secured or reader-enabled, tools in e-signature panel won't available. need "enable additional features" if want enable form digitally signed reader.
