Can Adobe Photoshop Lightroom do this?

i need adobe product digitally remove items in urban landscape, such as: removing telephone polls , wiring, stop signs, etc., still retain colorization , detail of overall image. can adobe photoshop lightroom this?

the current version of lightroom can remove spots in image meaning uses circular mask. beta version has been promoted having brush type mask making easier remove things wires. not know when beta version released public release candidate.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
