Can NOT print using Adobe LeanPrint my e-mails from Outlook 2010

hi, can not print e-mails using adobe leanprint. after select adobe leanprint printing e-mail , pick quickprint, takes few seconds comes message - "no mail item left after applying filters." so, checked other option in leanprint , 'print'. selected that; opened dialog box gave me option of selecting - (1) entire conversation, (2) first few conversations or (3) last few conversations. tried 3 options came same message - "no mail item left after applying filters." print attachments of e-mails ms word documents. so, please help.

i have same issue.

 

can please resolve this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
