i can't replace coulor colour load, because after load, nothing happen. how can make it, or can make me?

i can't replace coulor colour load, because after load, nothing happen.

what mean, operations performing (image > adjustments > replace color or using layers or …)?

could please post screenshot or lores of image in question camera icon in browser , elaborate on parts want recolour?

 

or can make me?

as far can tell forum intended facilitate getting advice , instructions more experienced users (and adobe employees), not getting one’s work done others.

 

edit: clarify wording »more experienced users«: not mean there minimum time of working photoshop expected, correct answers or pertinent advice welcome regardless of offers them.
