Removing numerals/garbage characters from search in Section 508 build WebHelp

i need remove (prevent inclusion of) numerals , garbage characters search results in webhelp when compiled section 508 output enabled. need have section 508 enabled. can done?

 

thanks time!

use stop list - in project settings exclude terms? thought flicking "section 508" flag in ssl recipe did need 508-compliant html output (never use myself, mind you).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
