Rendered file with Speedgrade with strange flashing stripes

i pretty sure doing wrong, because in last hour tried several different output options , of them, rendered file has strange flashing stripes. have here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/10663305@n03/

what doing wrong?

my input file cinema dng sequence ikonoskop.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
