Suppress pages from printing from PDF.

hi,  need include t&c's within pdf form first page need printed , signed our clients. how can include suppression printing of latter 2 pages?  have tried 'nonprinting' in attributes panel in indesign moving 2 text boxes on pages separate layer , unchecking 'print layer' in layer options window no results i'm looking for.  many thanks, claire

this not possible in acrobat/reader. can do, though, is

one of following:

- create own print button populates page range of print

dialog pages want print (the user able to

change it, though)

- place content of pages on non-printing layer (they still

print blank pages, though)

- place white print-only objects (such form fields) on top of the

contents of pages, blocking them when printed (idem)
