Thread: Need Help building package : debian/rules:6: *** missing separator. Stop.

i'm following guide build dkms package wireless driver since wasn't supported out of box , don't feel manually recompiling every time upgrade kernel.

rules file looks this

i keep getting error

code:
debian/rules:6: *** missing separator.  stop. dpkg-buildpackage: error: fakeroot debian/rules clean gave error exit status 2

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
