Thread: quick question undervolting

im in process of undervolting cpu in 10.04 lts using guide: http://openmindedbrain.info/09/05/20...-04-lucid-lts/

uname -r returned 2.6.32-37, no -phc, needed go gedit change "grub_default=0" corresponding line's number. question count "linux image" lines or "initrd image" lines?

update-grub returned

i tried switching "grub_default" 2 4, ran uname -r again after saving both times , returned 2.6.32-37 did before.

please help, cant figure out deal is. ive done correctly still doesnt return proper line. there preliminary packages missing?
