Thread: Startup options besides script?

i want media player automatically play music folder on startup -- easy enough app load , have script posted rest --

before that, want ask options.

what's deal desktop configuration file example? -- when right click , bring text editor has sorts of code in there -- exec? , on.

i'll write script if need know also, if it's absolutely necessary?

besides writing script, can else job done?

boot up>start mplayer or?>play folder in shuffle mode

actually, use audacious i'm using lubuntu.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
