Thread: Window titlebar problems

i have problem window titlebars, shown being active when don't have focus, don't grey out , buttons still have colours. also, when hovering on buttons there no highlight effect or pressed effect, there when window maximised.

when new window launched looks in it's inactive state when has focus, clicking off window , not change this.

running ubuntu 11.10 64-bit , happens in unity 3d, if log in using unity 2d these problems not there.

help.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
