Acrobat Pro dead, Exit Code 5 (no, not the usual 30 Day thing!)


hi,

 

i have same issue people. installed acrobat pro cs6 creative cloud other apps (photoshop, illustrator etc) , working except acrobat. has not stopped, no never worked.

 

what do:

 

  •     installed on 2 fresh installed machines win7 64bit pro , home edition, acro pro never launched
  •     tried whole thing deactivate in other apps etc hundred times said.
  •     acrofix says exit code:5. can´t find info that. somewhere list of exit codes???
  •     tried log in other account. apps working, acrobat not!
  •     renamed cache.db cache.old.db, nothing.
  •     have no process in taskmanager (acrobat.exe or that), not second. started administrator or directly logged in administrator user.

 

so...now have no idea , here usual "deactivate in other app etc"-suggestions.

 

but exit code:5 ????

....the acrobat browser plugin in opera works!?

i assume separate piece of software.
