Acrobat X volume license and error 16

i have network share setup install of acrobat x.  set via guide , updated current updates.

now on users have isntaleld on error 16 when open program.  if right click executbale , set run adminsitrator runs jsut fine can't open file acorss netowkr.  says file corrupted.  know nothign license issue , workstation trying access somehtign on pc.  these people have admin rights pc.  in tried link , still doesn't work.
