Content Video Analytics not appearing

our analytics data doesn't seem include video play information folios have been added on past few months.  there reason why might happen?  drop down list select folio doesn't show them options (as opposed there being no videos shown folio).

 

is there setting necessary videos came through release earlier year missed?

i having same error. have pro account , have updated our muli-folio app v27, still no reporting available in dps analytics video tab...blank. there not pulldown menu select published folios. have read other comments here , looks tech team working fix this, it's been while.

 

any updates or solutions?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
