Ecoding FLV's for Psuedo Seek

i use sony vegas pro edit video release on web. render mp4 , used adobe encoder cs5.5 convert mp4 flv use in flash player. need have flv's able psuedo seek in flash player.  not sure setting use in order encode flv correctly. have tried selecting keyframe box , not seem work. missing? please help.

i can't answer question directly, 83% of desktop , mobile market html5 capable, i'd suggest abandoning flash altogether , go h.264 , webm.

 

and hell, if can't entirely abandon flash fallback, can still use mp4 in decent flash player.  don't need outdated flv.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
