Firefox and flash not working

i have flash 10.3 on computer because firefox says 11.7 version doesn't work on firefox. well, niether version! o'm trying play farmville 2 on facebook , haven't been able play in weeks. there must solution problem. please me.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
